Neymar is one of the world's greats, says Dante

The Bayern Munich defender has tipped his international team-mate to take his game to another level with Barcelona, while praising fellow defenders Thiago Silva and David Luiz

Dante has described Brazil team-mate Neymar as "one of the world's greats" and backed him to go from strength to strength at Barcelona.

After helping to fire the Selecao to Confederations Cup glory, the 22-year-old moved to Camp Nou from Santos last summer and has enjoyed a positive first season with the Catalans.

Neymar has struck 14 times for Barca so far this campaign, leaving him in good shape ahead of this summer's World Cup in Brazil, and Bayern Munich defender Dante has tipped him to get even better.

"He is one of the world’s greatest talents," the 30-year-old told SportGigs.

"Neymar is a top player, for sure. His attitude and confidence is tremendous and I think he will develop even more at Barcelona."
